A report emerged this morning from Fox News stating that Drake was to be arrested over the Chris Brown altercation in New York, where the two artists engaged in a reported brawl.
TMZ later contradicted the report, stating that the Young Money artist was not facing an arrest, confirming the matter with “well-placed law enforcement sources.”
Now, Birdman has come to the defense of his artist.

“Well, to me, I think niggas got Drake twisted,” said the Cash Money CEO and rapper to MTV News. “A lot of niggas be playin’, pitty-pattin’ with Drake. I don’t like that shit, period.”
“Drake is one of us, so if you fuckin’ with Drake, you fuckin’ with us, period,” he added.
Birdman, who was not at the fight, said Drake was not at fault. “To me, Drizzy ain’t did nothin’ wrong, he ain’t done nothin’ wrong to nobody. He just doin’ great music.”
