Ya niggaz need to revisit that Firm album...b/c they were out front on all this Slaughter House/M.A.R.S shit that's trendy now...i'm just saying.

  • Anonymous

the whoe HRSMN, Randomn Axe, Slaughterhose trend is great for hip-hop and especially these solo artists who don't get the indiviual shine they've deserved over the years. There is a problem though, it ain't enough to have everyone hop on a track and call it a group. There needs to be time spent building chemistry and establishing roles and a unique sound. The unity of black milks production helped randomn Axe, take notes folks. Chino XL should slide right into rass kass' spot.

  • Anonymous

Fail in the making. You don't have to top Kanye-like success, but this is going to sell 7,000 at max.

  • Reepacheep

I haven't really listened to Marciano, but Sai, Mega and Action (who is currently in my top playlist) are straight fire. I can't wait for the joint, or even the rumored album...Hip Hop is forever...

  • Anonymous

Stop fussing about who's better sh or mars their both dope. This is what hip hop needs the more dope groups the better. Sh, hsg, mars, black hippy, aotp. 2012 is looking good for real hip hop not ymcmb. And its all gravy.

Mega fans love to sit on websites and blogs and list off 101 reasons they hate Nas, but we all know that if Nas ever gets over himself and calls Mega and invites him to the studio, that motherfucker will run to the lab faster then Micheal Johnson to get on the track

  • Anonymous

yup, marciano all the way, dude is stupid!!

  • Anonymous

haha @ antisellout. mega still salty that nas didn't pick him up again? like his music but that shit is ridiculous, you failed to sellout and now you try to get sympathy from a few hundred underground fans? that whole getting back on their 'realness' gimmick as their last option because they couldn't convince a greater mass of people about their music is one of hip hop's biggest jokes ever. mega will never lose his grudge for nas, i know why he is only working with az again, mega's still a jealous bitch that blames anyone but himself for his lack of success. they should replace that pathetic ass faggot saigon with o.c. if they want to be ambitious about that shit. that nigga trying to appeal some bitches with his covers? lmao. we don't need a underground version of half dollar. 1 good and 3 trash rappers don't make a good group.

    • Anonymous

Anti-Sellout...definetely a movement hip hop needs. Be real with your art instead of choosing unpresedented commercialism

    • doe718

ANTISELLOUT.COM IS THE WEBSITE THAT SHOT THE VIDEO IDIOT..THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CORMEGA LOL STOP REACHING

  • Wu Tang Forever

Man these dudes are 10 times iller than slaughterhouse good to see marci getting his shine dude deserves it

  • Dr.Dre

we need to see N A M B (Nas, AZ, Mega, Foxy Brown) fuck steve stoute

    • Anonymous

Where you been over the last 15 years? LMAO. This group has already been made with catastrophic results, all together brought it to one good track: Affirmative Action. Nas made the best choice possible with leaving that shit behind him.

    • Anonymous

fuck nature fuck foxy brown lmao wtf is this nigga 1996

  • Anonymous

oh and lets replace rass kass with pharoahe monch and keep the boat moving one monkey dont stop the show

  • Anonymous

dope group tho and i agree that rappers put aside ego amd do things like this to better the understanding of having skillz. it takes you back when you we used to put certain mc's together among friends to form supergroups me personally i love the 4hrsmn idea and EMC,slaughterhouse is eh kind of weak but they play the supposed be LYRICAL to mainstream wack world of radio everyday rapper so i guess they count. but check it out you give me (OHNO,INVIZIBLE HANDZ,ONE BE LO,ELZHI) and its over hope you watching or (KRS,G RAP,RAKIM,KANE) premo and pete rock on the beats.

  • This is big news....

Cormega's "the realness" >> Anything that Slaughterhouse rappers individually have put out... Infact... None of these rappers have classic albums... Mega has 3. Nuff Said!

  • Anonymous

lol @ CORmega shortening his name for the Initials to work I guess he didnt think C.A.R.S was as catchy

    • Anonymous

Crooked alone has more skills than all of M.A.R.S. put together.

    • Anonymous

They make battlerap and are some of the best ever at it, but they don't model their whole shit after it. Let's see if M.A.R.S. will ever be capable of producing tracks that are even the same league of Lyrical Murderers, Move On, Microphone, Pray or Rain Drops. BTW, Crooked would murder the whole M.A.R.S. crew single single handedly. Look what Joey did to Saigon.

    • Success???

Slaughterhouse is GARBAGE!!!!!! fucking battlerap compiled into they albums, over the most boring production a mainstream group can ever get. Large Pro with these dudes will make STELLAR music. Slaughterhouse makes rhymes about their dicks on every 2 songs. Slaughterhouse fans are WHITE CLOSET HOMOS!!!!!!!

    • Anonymous

You just hate on Slaughterhose because they got mainstream exposure and it's so much cooler to side with the underdogs, huh? Learn to deal with success, weak bitch.

    • Early Prediction....

He been known as mega - do your homework. MARS >> Slaughterhouse. All day long.

  • SniperGuy

I guess it's just a song, which is dope, but I'd rather hear an album. Now that would be classic. I guess if the song does well then there's a chance of an album. I'm likin the idea of these rap supergroups. Slaughterhouse album, for me, I'm waitin impatiently for that shit, hope shady records don't fuck it up. Mars would be even doper.

    • Anonymous

Don't think an album would be that good, I see a generic ass underground album with no chemistry, mediocre beats and some cool verses coming. Nothing to get excited about.

    • Anonymous

they'd be missing out if it WASNT an album. they can all benefit by going on tour together, make money and restore quality NY rap with unity and passion. hopefully theres an album in the works. otherwise the preview and build up is overdoing it.

  • Anonymous

good to see ny spitters working together to bring east coast hiphop back

  • Chicasal

    I just shit myself....is this real? M.A.R.S. > Slaughterhouse

    • WHITE HOMO FANS MAKE ME LAUGH

LOL @ THE ONLY LOGIC THESE SLAUGHTERHOUSE FANS CAN PUSH YOU DON'T LIKE SLAUGHTERHOUSE? YOU OBVIOUSLY HATE THAT THEY BLEW UP AND CONSEQUENTLY HATE ANYONE THAT BLOWS UP IN A SIMILAR PROCESS SLAUGHTERHOUSE FAN BRAIN CELL NUMBERES THE SIZE OF SLAUGHTERHOUSE ALBUM SALES!!!!!!

    • Anonymous

That fucking loser will start to hate on M.A.R.S. if they blow up and will search for another supposed underground supergroup. I guess you described yourself.

    • Anonymous

u know eminem and yelawolf arent in slaughterhouse right? or did they join and i didnt hear about this???

    • Pale Homo

I agree with Alf Gang. Although, I am white and gay.

    • Alf Gang Janitor

I like Slaughterhouse and I ain't gay or *too* nerdy. Yelawolf is terrible and Eminem isn't near my greatest rappers. I prefer the idea of M.A.R.S. to Slaughterhouse definitely though.

    • chuk zito

LOL @ slaughterhouse being better saigon greatest story never told >>> any buddens joell royce crooked i solo project combined mega the realness >>> any slaughterhouse member solo combined roc marci marceberg >>>> every slauhterhouse solo LP except maybe death is certain action bronson dr lecter >>> any slaughterhouse solo except death is certain large professor beats >>> eminem beats slaughterhouse fan base is all gay nerdy white boys who think yelawolf is dope and eminem is the GOAT. 4 real niggas making good music with a passion for hip hop >>> 4 niggas that tried selling out and failed cormega >> royce roc marci >>> buddens saigon >>> croked i action bronson >> joell ortiz no contest these dudes make good music slaughterhouse makes nerd battle rap on wack beats

    • Chicasal

I don't need to, mega and roc alone have a body of work that i like more than anything any one in slaughterhouse has done.

    • Anonymous

You havent even heard one song yet, Fuck outta here

  • ????

SO IS IT A ALBUM OR JUST A SONG

  • NEKE4206TL

WTF is this for real? that be a ill supergroup. all them dudes are nice on the mic.

  • Eklipz'77

Looks like a Random Axe imitation

    • @ShadowPrecinct

Disagree with both of you. This doesn't have to be an "imitation". Black made all the beats for the Random Axe LP, whereas the Four Horsemen were solely MCs. I don't look at this as an imitation of anything, just another group of talent pooling together. This is an awesome group of talent by the way.

    • Anonymous

Yeah, cause Random Axe was the first Supergroup SMH Random Axe was a Four horseman Imitation if you wanna play that stupid shit

  • Anonymous

@sensaye why just mega and roc. Actions and saigon are monsters adding those two made the shit even doper.

    • Sensaye252

I'm not sayin' them dudes ain't nice. I just prefer duos over 'supergroups'. And I feel like Mega and Roc are kinda cut from the same cloth, if you will. Thier chemistry would be ill.

  • Cormega

I wish it was just 'Mega and Marciano. Still dope though. NY all day. Real spitters. Mega soundin' ignorant in that clip. Listen man, you're 40. You don't gotta talk like a 15 year old kid no more man...we get it, you're hood.

    • Anonymous

Word. Cormega wrote some songs with unmatched poetic beauty, dude is one of the best lyricists ever.

    • Dr. Kush

      Chinese food is nice.

    • doe718

Its a time and place for everything..when dudes is hanging out and just ranking of course that side of him is going to come out..because thats him..when he is in a office or meeting or around his kids of course he dont speak like that because its not a the time and place for that..cant take nothing away from him..because he is being himself.

    • Sensaye252

Nah, what I'm sayin' is that Mega is a dude that can speak very eloquently. It's not necessary for him to be like 'Yeah, that nigga just went up in there to eat some chinese shit...and we just fuckin' standin' here on the block and shit..." It's beneath him.

    • doe718

aint nothing wrong with speaking the TRUTH...not like he glorify it in his bars or still tell ppl he moving them bricks..he aint frontin

  • chris

not familiar with the roc marciano dude? is he nice??

  • kennyken

mega needs to put out something significant. as brilliant a rapper he is, time's a wasting. put out an album g.

    • Anonymous

B&R was a huge disappointment, I listened once the whole way throgh and never had the urge to play it another time, as opposed to his first three albums that I love.

    • Swordz

Born and Raised?? The live version was actually better. But dude has 3 classic albums. The Realness. The True Meaning The Testament If he never spits another bar Mega is accomplished...

    • Anonymous

Born and Raised 4.5/5, near classic sonny. Stop sleeping

    • Anonymous

born and raised? shit was fire and you slept like a lot of ppl. unless you heard it and it wasnt enough.

  • Anonymous

So, is this a group, or just a song??

  • Anonymous

there no way this cant be dope!

    • Anonymous

That's the common misconception of these so-called 'supergroups'. It looks good on paper when you pair some random dope rappers, but crafting good and worhtwile music? Naah.

  • Anonymous

i cannot fukin wait any longer for this!!!

  • Anonymous

Whoa I just said prodigy should've had action and marciano on hnic 3. And then mega collabs with both of em and added saigon too. Nas and p better take notice. Ain't nothing wrong with putting on the new generation of niggas as long as they nice.

    • C. L

proidgy is working with wacka flock and french montana and nas is working with tyga knann damien marley and lil wayne. they are desperate, washed up, broke niggas that fell like dead birds. mega kept it real from day 1, hes still in tune with reality. did rap with passion, not cuz he needed the money.

  • NewFUCKINYork

New York. New York. Oh the thoro is back.

  • mcmastermind

This is about to be a classic. Watch the fuck out.

  • 008

thats a killer group. cormega in 2012 and moving forward >>> faggot ass nas nas is busy working with tyga damien marley lil wayne and knann like the broke bitch he is funny how mega seen less $ in his day, yet nas is the one thats broke and megas chillin action bronson roc marci and saigon is a crazy trio by itself add mega and its nuclear fission instantly the illest group in rap

    • Anonymous

Get your point about Cormega/Nas, but you can't be serious about DR. This is the first time where I actually saw someone who puts Nas over Marley on there. Damian's hooks AND verses destroyed the great majority of Nas' efforts, he outshined him with his delivery alone, Nas tired ass flow puts you to sleep nowadays. SWC doesn't change that.

    • Swordz

      I'm with 2 cents...

    • My 2 Cents

I'm a fan of Mega and Nas. Both are really ill MCs in my opinion without question with classic records under their belt. The Firm album would have been a hundred times better with Mega instead of...Nature. But anyway. To the Nas stans: Saying, "Nas has more money that Cormega" makes you look like a fucking clown. I personally think Nas, as a person, is kind of a douchebag, but I can separate the man from his artistry. To the ones saying Nas fell off: Saying he's doing songs with Tyga, and citing the Damien Marley LP as falling off because he needs money also makes you look kind of foolish, mainly because Nas is bodying the shit out of the Distant Relatives LP. Also, if you actually take the time to click on that link to the joint with Tyga, the shit ain't half bad and Nas killed that. "I've been in pressed silk since breast milk."

    • Sensaye252

'Mega was never no street legend man. He was just a regular dude in the hood that did his little bit of dirt here and there. Mega is a dope MC, just leave it at that. And all that speculation on other dudes money is bitch-like. Seriously, you actually sound like a bunch of bitches. "Uh-uh, he got more money than him...". Who cares?

    • Anonymous

You irrational Nas cocksuckers are beyond scum, you fucks are so ridiculous it ain't funny no more. You're aware of the fact that Cormega is a better rapper and makes much superior music and try to argue with success. Success, out of nowhere, started to matter to you fools now? Why did you let that point go so quickly when somebody mentioned Jay's or Eminem's success to put them over Nas? Now you're using it because Nas is more successful than Cormega because you have no other point, you weak ass insecure bitch. Nas fans = using popular opinion when it suits their agenda.

    • hex

mega most definitely has more money than nas. nas has been paying kelis 50k a MONTH in child support since 2010. he also owes the government 6 MILLION dollars in back taxes. there was even a story about it on here maybe a week ago. 6 MILLION. can you even wrap your mind around that number? that could be the budget for three or four of his albums. plus, cormega is from queens, not brownsville.

    • Anonymous

nas is broke. famous and broke is no fun. mega can chill all day drive nice whips eat good food and got a rock solid rep. nas owes 6 mill to the govt. theres a reason hes hoeing himself out for checks with tyga performing at the x games LOL. nas stans are crazy, duke fell off and doesnt care about you, get it through your head. mega kept it real and nas sold out only to end up broke at 40. damn.

    • Anonymous

and nasty was shot in queensbridge

    • Anonymous

hahaha at cormega is richer than nas.u must be stupid to think that.who knew cormega before illmatic and the firm.his major deal was def jam.and his problem with the firm was steve stoute but he chose to diss nas to get popularity, but it did nt work.and mega is from brownsville and he never reps bk in tracks.yes he is a nice mc but dont try to bring that nas beef in this story fool

    • Anonymous

what? haha mega was doing it before nas and was a real street legend. mega had a major deal before nas and can still go back to QB anytime he wants. plus mega aint broke like nas. nas lost.

    • Anonymous

faggot ass cormega.nas still put him on the game.so ungrateful

  • S.O.S.

    http://www.myspace.com/sosthetruth CHECK ME OUT BTW.

  • S.O.S.

  • Mr Flamboyant

Yes. This shall be interesting as f.

  • wolfman

W.O.W. Like a 2012 The Firm. Hope Mega comes back with that fire from The Realness flow. Man was top 5 for me growing up, but couldn't feel the super self-reflective flow from the last couple years. My eyes are peeled.
