My hero and yours (well mine anyway), Slug and his “Sad Clown Bad Dub” series has hit DVD. While the highly-acclaimed and hella rare predecessors were only sold at shows (and sold on ebay or bootlegged), the “Sad Clown Bad Dub 4” DVD is being sold on the web as well.

Online retailers such as hiphopsite.com and sandboxautomatic.com are selling out the DVD quickly. Only 10,000 copies were made and a few thousand have already been sold on Rhymesayers’ tours. The DVD features footage of “Godlovesugly” release parties and live shows. Aside from Sluggo, appearances are made by Aesop Rock, Murs, Blueprint, Eyedea, Dibbs and the rest of the Rhymesayers fam.
