Columbia, South Carolina’s P.Watts has announced the release of his upcoming street album Element of Surprise with DJ Burn One, releasing October 25th.
P. Watts has enlisted a strong roster for the offering, nabbing guest features from Big K.R.I.T., Yelawolf, Freddie Gibbs, Pill, Rasheeda, Lola Monroe, Jackie Chain and Rittz (the latter two appear on “M.F.U.”). Production comes courtesy of Zaythoven, DJ Burn One, Ed Roc and Indeed.
“I met DJ Burn One through my marketing consultant, and from there, Burn One was interested in doing a CD and he actually ended up doing the entire production on the project,” he said. “I’ve been doing the local thing for a while, and I’m ready for a national situation now. I’m thankful to be blessed in the situation that I’m in now.

“The whole album is just a good mixture. It’s different from the rest, and it gives a different feel. But even though every song is different, there’s still a level of cohesiveness in it too,” he continued.
