If you don't file a tax return for a year that you actually worked and made money, the IRS waits three years and then comes after you. It's a huge money maker for the them because they can 'guesstimate' what you made and file their own return for you. Once that's done then you are responsible for what they come up with, hence the $476,338 bill. These rappers don't understand that? Snoop? 20 years in the game?
