Raekwon has officially signed Toronto, Canada’s JD Era to his Ice H20 label. In the wake of inking the deal with the imprint, JD has already released the celebratory track “Ice H20” and is currently wrapping up his summer mixtape, No Handouts, set to be released for free in July on www.nohandouts.net.

“I’m excited to be working with Raekwon and the ICE H20 family,” said JD Era in a statement. “We’re looking forward to doing some big things for hip-hop in this country.”  

The Wu-Tang Clan member commemorated the signing by making an announcement on Twitter.
