Blu & Exile's Rare 2007 Album "Below The Heavens" Re-Released On CD

A rare underground relic comes back into print, after scoring hundreds of dollars for copies.

Los Angeles, California duo Blu & Exile released Below The Heavens in August of 2007 on the independent Sound In Color Records. The project would go on to become HipHopDX's "Most Slept-On Album of 2007"  and introduced many listeners to the emcee styling of would-be Sire Records emcee Blu and helped reignite the career of Exile, the Emanon alum.

After drawing several hundred dollars online, the rare CD version of the album has been welcomed with a new run of releases. According to, the new version features the same tracks and artwork as the original.
