Rapper-turned-reality television star Vanilla Ice was hospitalized this week after sustaining an injury during a taping for British ITV series Dancing On Ice. The 43 year-old was reportedly practicing a lift with partner Katie Stainsby on Wednesday January 26, when he fell and was knocked unconscious with a deep laceration.

Vanilla Ice, who is known by Hip Hop for his mainstream hit “Ice, Ice Baby” as well as an altercation with Suge Knight, is presently in recovering. He received several stitches and has deep bruises.
