One of Lil Wayne‘s biggest hits in recent years was 2008’s “Lollipop”
After Bangladesh cleared up a similar dispute last week in after the popular new single “6’7″” hit the Internet and iTunes, Jim Jonsin has now said that a newly-freed Wayne agreed to terms with the Florida-based hit-maker and B.o.B. mentor.
“We worked out an arrangement,” Jonsin told The Broward Palm Beach New Times. “They’re giving me some money now, and will pay the balance in the first or second quarter next year. I never had an issue with [Lil] Wayne, he and I were cool. It’s just there was some confusion owing to [clearance issues with] a sample from another song I made for him [‘I Feel Like Dying’].”
