After last week’s police raid on a house Waka Flocka Flame was renting resulted in two arrests and Gucci Mane being briefly taken into custody, the platinum rapper talked with Hot 93.7’s Jenny Boom Boom about the incident and the additional rumors it caused. Apparently, Waka himself isn’t even sure what drew the attention of Henry County, Georgia Police.

“I don’t even know,” the rapper said, in regards to what caused the raid. “What did they come in here for, to get some signed CD’s? They’re stupid. They knew everybody’s name too…They were groupied out.”

After the initial TMZ report, Waka Flocka Flame’s mother, Debbie Antney, who also serves as manager to Waka and Gucci Mane, explained that the weapons were registered. In addition to vehemently denying any of her client’s involvement with prostitution, she added that the drugs found were legally prescribed after Waka’s January shooting. The rapper shot down any allegations that he is involved in gang activity.

“Why would I try to rap and then street gangbang?” he added. “That’s hustling backwards. I’m good. I dropped the album Flockaveli, and it’s doing numbers. I think ‘No Hands’ is platinum or on the road to be. I’m in the top three albums of the year…I’m going in, man.”
