yeah. B.O.B is kind of like Cudi in that he had 1-2 really popular songs that went 1-2 times platinum but the album didn't really take off.

even though b.o.b had a hit single he was still basically underground.. his whole fan base was from an underground stand point, his REAL supporters.. the people that heard Nothin' On You didn't like b.o.b, they liked that song.. they never even knew about him before that hit song.. so it took him a while to go gold.. of course he probly had around 200 or 300 thousand people who were his real fans and bought his album as soon as it dropped.. but it takes months and months to get another couple hundred thousand.. selling 500 thousand copies of your FIRST album, when you're 22 years old, within about 8 months, is extremely good.. b.o.b is fuckin' sick..

This is B.o.B's first album...try and prove that this is Ross' first album. -_- For a first release in 2010, being able to go Gold in less than a year is amazing.
