After previous recording contracts with Definitive Jux, Eastern Conference and Chocolate Industries, New York City emcee Vast Aire has announced a two-album deal with Man Bites Dog Records. The Cannibal Ox and Mighty Joseph co-founder will now be label-mates with frequent touring partner Copywrite at the independent.

Vast Aire’s first album in the deal with be OX 2010 Street Odyssey, which will feature longtime Wu-Tang Clan affiliate Cappadonna, among others. A vinyl single of the Cappa-assisted “I Don’t Care” will be released before the new year.

Vast’s last album was 2008’s Deuces Wild, which featured production from Pete Rock.
