Pusha T, one-half of Virginia Hip Hop duo The Clipse, recently spoke to KarenCivil.com about The Clipse’s other half Malice and a variety of other topics in a new interview.

When asked if Malice’s “Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind, And Naked” freestyle was reflective of the rapper’s mind state Pusha went on to explain that the freestyle was more so Malice rapping “from the heart.”

“That’s the thing about Malice his verses are always very true and from the heart,” said Pusha T. “Win, lose, or draw. However he feels that’s what you’re getting. If it’s true to what’s been for the past 10 years or more, as long as I’ve known him, he always speaks his heart.”

“Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind, And Naked” was released earlier this week and is also the title of Malice’s upcoming book. On the track Malice raps, “A brush with death and a 32-year sentence is enough to bring the illest of sinner’s to repentance.”  

“Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind, And Naked,” the book, is expected to be released in early December through Thorn10 Publishing.
