Hammer Responds To Jay-Z, Says He's Already Won

There is no shortage of head scratching squabbles in Hip Hop history, but MC Hammer going at Jay-Z may be the strangest. If anything, it was certainly unexpected.

Earlier this week Jay-Z reacted to Hammer’s song “Better Run Run ,” and made it clear that he wasn’t taking a shot, nor would he respond with a song.

Just as he did to set this in motion, Hammer responded to Jay-Z’s words via Twitter.

BOOOOO, You didnt check anyone hammer, "im so appalled" that your from oakland and you think you had an impact. this wasnt a battle. he didnt take shots at you....you went broke and everyone knows this. this wasnt some secret that everyone hasnt been making fun or "taking shots" at you for years.
