Incarcerated rapper Lil Wayne will now spend the rest of his sentence in solitary confinement because of a previous incident in which he was caught with a MP3 player.

The NYDailyNews.com reports that the rapper was sent to what is referred to as a punitive segregation cell, more commonly known as an isolation cell, on Monday, October 4 the moment a cell became available.

“He’s not in an area where he is mingling with other inmates – ever,” a Correction Department source revealed to the NYDailyNews.com.
