Kanye West Calls Off This Week's G.O.O.D Friday

For over the last month, Hip Hop superstar Kanye West has given fans free music which may or may not be featured on his upcoming fall album. Deemed “G.O.O.D Fridays,” after ‘Ye’s label name, the releases have featured high profile collaborations with the likes of Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Raekwon, Swizz Beatz, Pusha T, RZA, Charlie Wilson and others.

After songs have recently leaked, namely yesterday’s “Lost In The World” featuring Indie Rock vocalist and musician Bon Iver, and Monday’s “Touch It” with Common, Kanye West has halted this week’s G.O.O.D Friday.

It is unclear which album songs West is specifically referring to.

In descending order, the official G.O.O.D Friday releases have been:

“Devin In A New Dress” by Kanye West

“Runaway Love (Remix)” by Justin Bieber featuring Kanye West and Raekwon

“Monster” by Kanye West featuring Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and Bon Iver

“Power (Remix)” by Kanye West featuring Jay-Z and Swizz Beatz

Kanye Did in Fact release another Track, and to the Haters, People Do Care, because we Love Hip Hop Music, and Kanye is Putting out some of the Best Music Right now! What we Don't Care about is what he Does at Award Shows, or what other people Think about him, because none that makes the Music not Good! And if you think its not Good, go listen to somebody who you think is, and see who talks sh*t about them and realize you can't say sh*t because you do the same sh*t! Lames!

To the guy who posted how much the world hates Kanye. Dude you sound bitter and dumb. Music isn't meant to please everyone nor will it. There is enough genres and artist to do so though. Kanye has a huge fanbase and it's because he stands out and makes good music. Is everyone going to like it and feel him? Of course not. People need to understand that first and foremost, but I'm not going to dislike him just because you do. I happen to love his music, but that's me. I don't base my opinions off of what the next man likes. I base mine off what I like. I wish more people did the same. Some people only listen to what others around them have to say and base their opinion off that which is extra lame. I'll never be a puppet. No one speaks for me. And for me Kanye is cuts above 95% of others right now.

Actually Kato3000 has the right idea.. he likes Kanye because he just does and he doesnt need to give a flying fuck what anybody else thinks. Now I happen to agree with him and Kanye's music is above 95% over all the other music coming out right now.... Simple and plain, there is SOOOOO MUCH BS music in Hip Hop right now and Kanye is one of the only artists putting some soul into bettering his craft (his rhymes and his production). For the guy who thinks nobody gives a flying fuck about Kanye.... Check every single one of those tracks 'Ye has released for GOOD FRIDAY and see the ratings.. 'Ye hasnt released one song for GOOD Friday that has flopped so far, infact he hasnt released ONE song on GOOD Friday that didnt BANG!

What about Runaway with Pusha T? Idk if it was a GOOD Friday track but it was definitely one of the tracks he put out himself. And wow Kanye u already got fuckin millions so what if a couple tracks leak that u didnt want to? Greedy bastard. And all those tracks were decent except the bieber one. That was retarded. Lord Lord Lord and GOOD Friday were decent. Power Remix was good. Monster was SICK. And I have to say So Appalled was my favorite.

Good for Kanye. This G.O.O.D. Friday thing may actually be a way for him to control leaks from the album coming out from now on (besides this last incident), if something unfinished leaks we don't get an official track that week. It's a pretty good idea, actually.
