Cee-Lo Green is a double-threat talent, with his ability to sing and rap. The Goodie Mob member now can add another gift to his list: television hosting. The Los Angeles Times has reported that the Gnarls Barkley vocalist will join the FUSE network to host their new series Lay It Down.

The show will feature interviews and performances, including Cee-Lo’s collaboration on stage at times. Artists such as Public Enemy, Lil Jon and T-Pain have reportedly committed to appear.

In related news, recently HipHopDX spoke with FUSE’s Touré about the network’s music programming. Among other things, the host and esteemed journalist said, “I think that we’re the only channel on TV that’s really doing music in a proper way. Lifestyle that goes around the music rather than an [active] approach to giving you the music. We’re going deeper. I think we’re taking artists, music and music culture much more seriously. I think real fans will appreciate that.”
