New Orleans rapper Juvenile plead guilty to February 2009 drug charges. The UTP leader will not serve jail time, but got a three month suspension and six months of probation. Information was made public yesterday, courtesy of E! Online.
The conviction came after the rapper was arrested early last year for smoking marijuana at his house. Neighbors contacted police. When the authorities arrived, the rapper’s front door was reportedly open, where he was found in possession of the controlled substance.
One of Juvy’s producers, Leroy Edwards later said the misdemeanor amount of marijuana was his.
Last month, Juvenile released Beast Mode on E1 Entertainment.
