In other news, unsigned Illinois artist Skiddalz has been tapped by MTV for her song "OMG!" The track will be featured on Jersey Shore's second season. It will not be the first time her music is featured on MTV. In 2008, her song "Go White Girl" was featured on the network's dating show, "NEXT!"
"'OMG!' is a song I wrote about the feud between Skiddalz and her alter-ego Becky," she explained. "Becky hates Skiddalz but privately, she wants to be her."
Jersey Shore premieres on Jul. 29, and "OMG!" will be featured on the Aug. 5 episode.
