Rick Ross announced recently that his fourth official album, Teflon Don was due on June 29. As of this morning, that album is now planned for July 6 release.

Teflon Don, named partially after Ross’ Rap moniker (Tephlon Da Don) from his late ’90s work with Erick Sermon and others, including an appearance on “Ain’t Shit To Discuss” from the EPMD member’s 2000 album, Def Squad Presents: Erick Onasis.

Although confirmations have yet to be made, Jay-Z and Kanye West reportedly worked on the Def Jam rapper’s latest album. The single “Super High” featuring Ne-Yo, released over a week ago.

UPDATE: DJ Khaled confirmed via Twitter (@TheRealDJKhaled) that Rick Ross’ album will wait another two weeks, and see July 20 release. This comes after the Miami Rap star has released two free street albums, March’s The Timeless Audemars Piguet Collection and last week’s The Albert Anastasia EP.
