Lil Wayne had a high-profile visitor at the Eric M. Taylor correctional facility last week, as Sean “Diddy” Combs visited the incarcerated rap star in jail.
According to the NY Daily News, the Bad Boy label head was given an hour to chat with the imprisoned rapper. Diddy was reportedly on a pre-approved visiting list to see Wayne, and took a public bus – like all other visitors – to the facility on Wednesday (May 2).
Hip Hop fans in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area are in luck, as Curren$y, Dom Kennedy, and upcoming DX Next artist J. Ferb will be joining the stage on Thursday (May 6) at the Coco Cabana Bar & Grill in Hyattsville, MD.
The show is hosted by University of Maryland’s WMUC 88.1FM’s Tobi “DJ T.A.S.K.” Smith-Kayode, and doors open at 9:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased at www.wanttickets.com.
