I think people need to understand business before you post comments about business... Lets do this... Forget the fact its Jay Z and David Ortiz just think if you started a brand lets say and you worked hard developing a vision and name for your brand which has a standard that you have made well known through out the world because of your marketing power which you spent so much on, Here comes another person who uses the same name 40/40 and forty/forty which are the same thing by the way. That person has done a few things wrong 1. That person is making people think its something its not (Mind Game) 2. Its stealing because you can not use some ones brand without permission 3. You may hurt the brand by not staying true to its business standards.... I like Jay Z and Big Papi but in this case Papi is wrong 100% and I hope he has to pay for it because he should Know better.You would want your business or brand stolen from you so think of that and not who is involved
