Ghostface Killah, Talib Kweli, Jay Electronica, and other artists will be performing next week in Brooklyn to raise awareness for diabetes.

Titled “Mind. Body. Soul.,” the show will be hosted by Okayplayer, A Tribe Called Quest Member Phife Dawg and actor Michael Rapaport.

Phife and Ghostface both have diabetes; Phife recently received a kidney transplant as a result of it.

During the event, diabetic support organizations will provide information to and accept donations from concert-goers.

“Mind. Body. Soul.” takes place on Wednesday (Jan. 20) at 8:00 PM at The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, NY. Fans looking to gain free admittance should email rsvp@theheavysound.com before the day of the show.
