Even with the buzz surrounding him, not even Drakeis immune to having his album pushed back.

The Toronto rapper revealed to MTV News that his album, Thank Me Later, wasn’t going to be hitting shelves for at least a few months. “Well I’m making great progress on it. I’m hoping for March now. It’s just pulling everybody together.

Originally, the album was set to hit stores in January 2010, then was moved to Valentine’s Day (February 14). Among those Drake hopes to add to the album is singer Sade, who will be dropping her first album in eight years on Valentine’s Day.

I had a wish list for my managers of everybody I wanted involved that stem beyond Hip Hop. I’m trying to pull it all together. I’m really trying to work with Sade. Lil Wayne will be on it. Young Jeezy, Jay-Z, Kanye will be doing work on it. It’s in the family.

Despite the disappointment of having the album pushed back, Drake has been nominated for two Grammy Awards – having released a retail mixtape in So Far Gone.
